Welcome to the Global Structural Reforms discussion board!
Under this reform, all foundational learning for pre-adults and adults not yet within the accredited framework would adopt the guided "Stencil-Case" methodology. Furthermore, pre-vocational studies and related foundational courses offered within the Study Block of the Multi-Roster will specifically utilize this guided "Stencil-Case" mode of delivery.
The "Stencil-Case" approach, as previously discussed, involves a structured and guided learning experience centered around standardized questionnaires or quizzes administered after each learning module. These "Stencil-Cases" serve as integral assessment tools, contributing to the evaluation of learning within these foundational studies.
The intended outcomes of this structural shift include:
- Formalising Non-Accredited Learning: Providing a structured and recognized framework for learning achievements obtained outside the traditional accreditation system.
- Standardising Foundational Delivery: Establishing a consistent mode of delivery for customised foundational studies, ensuring a baseline level of pedagogical approach and assessment.
- Preparing for Further Learning: Enculturating learners to the academic standards and assessment cycles prevalent in formal education, thereby facilitating a smoother transition should they choose to pursue further certification within the existing Accreditation System.
