3. Self-Sovereign BP Money: To establish a secure digital currency (ByProducts Money), backed by real economic output, and enforce the direct embargo of rents and taxes from citizen wages.
4. Digital Government: To transform public administration into a transparent, efficient system that manages the Total Managed Market and ensures our government’s actions align with the Human Energy Framework (Human Skills, Human Heritage).

The adoption of this Compact is vital to realizing Full Employment and stabilizing our economy against global shocks. For citizens, this transition promises a future defined by economic security, lifelong learning, and sovereignty over our own labor value. We have the technology; now we require the political will to implement the foundational agreements.
